It was a joy to work with Julia and Eli as we purchased a 2015 GMC Acadia for our daughter. They promptly answered any questions we had over the phone or via text to assist us with purchasing this vehicle sight unseen. Eli met me at the rental car return with all paperwork ready to finalize the purchase when I arrived in town at 9:30 pm. The vehicle was in the exact shape as described and even had a new infotainment screen installed on the day of purchase when they noticed a defect. We highly recommend Rus Auto LLC!

I had good experience buying from Julia at rus auto she got everything done in record time (not like others dealers who have you in meetings trying to sell you more expensive car or extended policies or take out loans) and made sure I knew had salvage title, she explained paperwork quickly and made sure things I wanted were included. terrain looks like new drives as it should, other rebuilds I have seen look or feel like still need work. I will be telling anyone I know looking for cars to check RUS auto and will be looking there first for my future autos.

I was hesitant to buy a rebuilt title vehicle as I had never done that before. When I drove out to look at the vehicles it was like I was driving to the middle of nowhere. My hesitancy was quickly dispelled after meeting Eli and being able to test drive the vehicles.
Eli and Rus Auto made the experience easy. As stated in many of the reviews they were not pushy, showed pictures of what the vehicle look like before the rebuild and were very easy to work with.
We have only had our Equinox for a week but so far so good and again Eli was great to work with.

Great experience!! Bought 2015 equinox sight unseen. Had shipped 750 miles. Eli made all the arrangements. Made the deal on Thursday and had the car on Sunday. Car was represented perfect.
